ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Do Big Things is looking for a Product Manager to join its Technology team and lead the development and delivery of website and app projects. The person in this role will support the overall vision for each project and provide structure and accountability in the design and development process, including planning, running, prioritizing, and supporting the launch of valuable and profitable projects/products.
This person will also serve as the primary client contact and interface heavily with our client’s senior marketing, technical, and executive management teams. As the liaison between our tech team and client contacts, this person will build relationships with our clients and ensure clear communication, shared expectations, and superior client service throughout the engagement.
In addition, the Product Manager will maintain project documentation, supervise and review work done by the project team and allocate appropriate resources. This person will also listen for opportunities to expand our work with clients, and provide estimation and planning support for people in business development roles. The Product Manager will report to DBT’s Senior Vice President of Technology.
Candidates should have experience project managing in the digital tech space. The ideal candidate is a self-starting leader who can seamlessly work on multiple projects and client teams at once.
