Dionna brings more than 15 years of digital communications experience working with progressive organizations to the Do Big Things team. She has worked with groups of every size to help strategize, create and implement winning online fundraising, advocacy and social strategies. Dionna has worked with a number of organizations including MomsRising, Greenpeace and Share our Strength, a national childhood hunger relief organization. Most recently, she was the first Digital Director with The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights.
As a consultant, Dionna has independently consulted with a number of organizations throughout the years as well, including Engage San Diego, Take5 San Francisco, The American Forest Foundation and SEIU, helping them develop digital communications strategies and best practices.
In addition, Dionna has helped many organizations shape, refine or begin their journeys to diversity and inclusion in the workplace as well as developing strategic plans and helping coaching individuals and teams through organizational change management and communications.
In her free time, she’s a fashion, travel and skincare blogger and most recently published a skincare book. Dionna currently resides in D.C. with her very vocal cat, Leon.
