Max is a Senior Developer with eighteen years of development experience. He is proficient in JavaScript, PHP, CSS, Python, Json, Etc. He is also the lead developer for ActionKit integrations and development.

Before coming to Fission, Max worked for Idealist.org providing strategic insight, design and HTML/CSS experience. He also worked as a web consultant and designer for several individuals and small enterprises for several years. During this time, he won an award for his exceptional design, UI and UX work on one client’s website.

Max has expertise in front-end development, back-end development, SQL, testing, wireframes, UI and UX. His favorite projects have been Everytown and Moms Rising. In his spare time, Maximo Stephani enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and off-roading in his truck or on his ATV.
